T. Colin Campbell's book "The China Study" is a fraudulent misrepresentation of the data contained in the actual China Study, which shows meat to be associated with longer lifespan.

A typical meal contains lots of fatty meat, a pile of veggies, and a starch, as per this article:

http://www.gnolls.org/1525/the-paleo-starter-kit-part-ii-the-paleo-scramble-a-basic-technique-for-real-world-cooking/

I frequently add a big salad, and some extra carbs if I'm putting out intense physical effort.

Losing those last few pounds of fat is a difficult topic to which I can't possibly do justice here.

Once you've adapted yourself to burning fat for fuel, it's much easier to switch back and forth without your body being "confused". Carb cycling is a well-known fat loss strategy. (Though some people seem to be "broken" in some way, and can't ever eat carbs without gaining weight.)

Hi

JS

Apart from the obvious..MEAT/ EGGS what do you eat to get the body needs.

On another thread you indicated you eat protein first then top up with other things. Can you give some examples.

Do you eat beans/sweet potato ...starches

Mainly vegetables....brussels etc

Dairy

What are the best combinations for fat loss...not weight loss.

I still grab some lollies if there around at work and not sure if its a habit or the body is saying you need some sugar.

Thoughts on carbs to low and in ketosis one slip up and you are out of ketosis does this have adverse impact on the body confusing it on what to use for fuel.

Cheers
