Since 100WP is a small press, my arrangement with them is already non-traditional, and I'm happy with it at this time.  And there are no obstacles to putting out an ebook version, from either myself or 100 Watt: we've simply decided not to do it yet.

Again, I'm sure that'll change, probably when my next book comes out...but I can't yet say when that will be.

I like the portability, and my Kindle has become my portable library.

 

I've recommended the book to many people, but several have said they won't buy it until an e-book version comes out- some of them travel a lot and don't want to lug multiple books around, others just like the convenience of the e-book version.

 

I think you're missing out on a huge market segment.

However, it's unlikely there will be an electronic version until I have at least one more book in print.  Any book available in electronic form immediately becomes available for free download -- and while there are quite a few people who will buy other works by an author whose first book they downloaded and enjoyed (in this way, piracy becomes a promotional loss leader), the number who will buy a book they've already read is vanishingly small.

I'd love to have an audio version available, but it's expensive to produce a professional-quality audiobook.  Maybe if TGC sells a lot more copies my publisher will be able to justify the expense...so get out there and tell your friends! 🙂

Is there any way to get the entire book in some electronic format. I have been avoiding physical books for a long time and have no interest in collecting more. Also at the moment I am a very long way from anywhere so some electronic format would be much, much more convienient.
