I'm a "born and bred" Texan living and working in Egypt. Been here about 4 years.

"Gnolls Credo" is nothing short of brilliant and I'm sure I'll reread it several times.

I have worked in about 14 different countries and I still see a spark of the Gnolls in Egypt and other African countries where I have worked. I have a Sudanese girlfriend that, while watered down, I see a spark of Gryka in her.

Well done J. Stanton, well done.

Randal:

I'm glad Gryka's story spoke to you.  If I was able to communicate even a small part of what it was like to know her, I consider The Gnoll Credo a success.  Thank you.

May I ask you a couple questions?

Hi, Randall (aka Texas Grok from MDA)!  Nice to see you over here.  I'm glad you read JS's book.  I can see why it would appeal to you.

Hi Paleobird, yep, wondered if that was you. I'm on my 3rd reading of the book, will give it away to the next person to read. I have also sent out several copies as gifts to my friends and families. Will be interesting to see if they can find the message within or just look at it as a novel.

Thanks for the welcome!
