Absolute rubbish who wrote this the Beef industry posterboy. B12 can only come from consuming meat-Wrong. Vegans are weak except the ones who hold world weight lifting-marathon-track and field records and step on to a tennis court with Serena or Venus Williams and talk this shit. What complete out of your bum fantasy and speculation. The vegan diet is older than sand you're talking about fruit and veg the healthiest food on the damn planet. The anti cancer benefits alone warrant a serious look not some ad lib attack on ppl who under-eat.Ask any cardiac surgeon how many vegans they have had to crack open and clean meat out of their arteries. So beyond ignorant I'm gobsmacked.

The main problem is that while the raw vegan diet makes you look sexier than you've ever looked in your life, you lose your sex drive, so it's all pointless.

Happily vegan for nearly a year and a half, now, I have no energy issues whatsoever.

I eat a balanced wholefood diet, full of valuable nutrients. I never feel sluggish in the afternoon, never have trouble sleeping and never get a cold. In addition to this, I cycle regularly (and I am /fast/) up hills in high gears, do pole fitness, play violin, work full time and am currently studying a postgraduate degree.

This blog is just drivel based on misinformation and the unfortunate fact that there is so little real nutritional information about healthy vegan diets in the mainstream. Unfortunately, people sometimes do fail - because they simply don't know, and never have known, how to feed themselves properly.

Dream on, OP. ;)

Another uneducated person writing about a small minority of vegans who simply dont eat enough vegan food. You need to eat bigger servings on vegan food because its not full of salt and fat and won't fill you up as quick as a steak.

If you had properly researched before sharing your lies, you would see proof that there are a LOT of healthy long term vegans alive today. With the lowest rates of cancer in the world.

How embarassing for you.

Hi, read the article and thought this quote by Ray Peat regarding the "new vegan high" was apt:

“Vegetarians often notice temporary exhilaration when they stop eating meat, probably because their thyroid has been suppressed. But a more serious hypothyroid state often follows, from a low protein inadequate vegetarian diet. Low protein diets definitely interfere with the liver’s ability to detoxify estrogen and other stressors.”

The title intrigued me like "there are other vegan cannibals?!" as I am sort of one. I almost died from eating meat beause it essentially is you eating all the adrenialine and fear released when the animal is killed. I have basically been a vegetarian for over a year. In all honesty the best meat for you to eat is human as long as you don't eat the eyes or genitals or kidneys. Also the brain is supposed to be good for you but I wouldn't eat that since of all the prions and I just don't find it very civilized to eat any facial part. If you want you can get your cannibal card from your closest cannibal club then get the bodies donated to you with the tags BUT I would advise you to stay away from large people or very athletic people seeing as there is too much fat and for the latter, stringy muscles. It's really annoying when people make cannibal jokes like "tastes like chicken!" when in reality it is a mix between pork and beef. Also I advise you to drink the blood in milk seeing as it is the classic drink bloodmilk and of course it is good for you. I personally say go for the leg or rump unless you want short ribs. When you donate your body to "science" it usually means sending to one of our cannibal donation spots for us in the U.S. PERSONALLY I'm attending the one in Greenville, Illinois to get my cannibal card in February.

Being vegan for over 12 years and having no meat for over 20 years, I guess I shouldn't exist at all! Troublingly, I simply maintain my weight, BMI, and Body Composition from High School/College, and my blood work is great for a 30 year old, never mind the fact I am 55...

But no, in fact most of the human population become ill from diseases caused by the consumption of animal fat contained in meats and that's not propaganda that's truth.

I've not yet a single vegan and I know hundreds who has had any health issues, after decades of becoming vegan, myself included.

Nor is it some cult or diet, it's quiet simply the belief that as animals we are all equal and subject to the same rights however judging by the negative comments and snide remarks made I'm already seeing that this wasn't written because it has any factual evidence but rather someone who for reasons unknown has an issue with vegans.

I feel even more sorry for those believing what he writes but I also believe the truth always shines through eventually, through the lies.

According to an article in Medical News Today, studies show that the rates of heart attack, cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease are much higher in regions of the world where animal-based diets are the norm. Other studies show that the antioxidants and other compounds in plants help lower the risk of chronic disease - I really suggest you do some research while I have, it's very clear that you have done nothing.

I'm Vegan and guess what "I'm sick too", mental instability,fogginess, tingling sensations in my hands and arms, some teeth have fallen out but hey my skin looks nice. I keep telling myself i'm fine, but i'm not. Other vegans appear to be fine and healthy but not me. Its admirable that vegans are attempting to reduce suffering in the world but they will ultimately fail, the world has always had a balance of good and evil. All people should meditate and try to reach enlightenment rather wasting time worrying about food.

I heard about non-aged meat. Its not available. You have to find a farmer to flash - freeze. Aged meat is rotten. I was told this by a Ph.D. in nutrition. I ate the fresh meat and finally got well.
